The Warda Dress

This colorful robe is made with Saya fabric woven in a traditional striped pattern. The Warda dress features a vibrant hot pink satin with feminine floral embroidery in shades of hunter green, gold, and lavender.

Pit to Pit (Laying flat): 30”

Length (neck to hem): 56.5”

To make the Aghabani embroidery, a craftswoman guides a handheld stitching machine along a blue pattern stamped onto the fabric with washable ink. The garment is then washed and pressed leaving a luxuriously soft, beautifully ornamented dress.
