The Narenj dress

The Narenj Dress features a regal burnt orange and yellow Saya (Syrian Atlas Satin) with elegant ivory and gold embroidery. 

To make the Aghabani embroidery pattern, a craftswoman guides a handheld stitching machine along a blue stencil stamped onto the fabric with ink. The garment is then washed and pressed leaving a luxuriously soft, beautifully ornamented dress.
